Week 8 & 9...

A Letter to Lulu...You are 2 months old!
Oh sweet Lulu you are growing so quickly! Too fast for mom and dad! I think we both want to pause your life already, but we also know that it will get sweeter and sweeter with each new stage. These past few weeks you have been quite the road warrior. You were in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, and back to Missouri. You were awesome! You love your carseat and it is like automatic nap time when you get in the car! You are becoming more and more expressive with each day. Your smile literally already has your daddy around your pinkie finger!

Your ten fingers and toes are growing already. We had your 2 month well check up and you are basically perfect! You are now 12 pounds so you are a healthy little girl! You are tall for your age and we aren't sure where those genes came from. Please know that when the doctor had to give you your shots, a lot of them, mom and dad hated holding you down. Your mom cried, of course, because your little face was so sad, mad, and hurt. You were quick to calm down once they were over and you were wrapped in my arms. You handled all the vaccines great. No fever but just a little more fussy, but cute fussy.

You are sleeping great (I have been told not to tell how great to not cause competition among moms :) hehe! ) and mom & dad are very thankful! You love hearing your dad say "Daddy loves you." Actually your dad thinks you already know what that means because you give the biggest grin every time he says it! Oh how your dad loves you!

Lulu you are our first child...our first daughter! You are precious to us and we pray everyday for guidance and wisdom to raise you how the Lord desires! We love you Lulu-bug!

Your crazy parents,
Daddy & Mommy

We loved this picture we captured. Look at those eyes!
Her smile literally can brighten any day!
I love that she is throwing the peace sign!
Nana bought her this bow! I LOVE IT! It kind of takes over her head but it is precious!
She hates it when anything covers her eyes. Her face is so cute in this picture!
So peaceful on my blankie from Aunt Pauline...
Okay, I know I have already had pics in the red strawberry hat but look at how perfect it matches her little sleeper onesie! Precious! Thanks Jane! The tongue is constantly moving on this girl!
I feel like this looks says, "Hello. I'm awesome!"
