What a wonderfully, awesome, intense, crazy, fun filled, memory making trip we had. It was just awesome. The 2 words I have to use to describe it are awesomely intense. I would not trade that trip for anything but with a 3 and 2 year...it was also very intense. Shay and I had to remind ourselves they have never "stood in line for a ride" or "gotten an autograph" so it was so much teaching...put on steroids with so many people around.
The girls by the middle of our week were pros and figured out how things worked pretty well. The first couple of days in the park were...probably just intense. We have a sweet, thoughtful friend who set up a meet and greet with Cinderella, Aurora and Snow White (and all their princes) just with the 2 girls...it was so special.
I think our take away (for the deeper meaning than it was just so much fun) is although the girls might not "remember" all the memories or moments we have begun (hopefully just continued) a push in their hearts for the sense of wonder, magic, awe and amazement. That is what Disney does to perfection...moments of wonder for little ones (and big ones if I'm quite honest).
Order of Events:
Day 1: Magic Kingdom. Special time with the girls and 3 princesses. Thanks Cinderella!
Day 2: Animal Kingdom. Favorite for mommy and daddy was the Lion King show. Incredible!
Day 3: Epcot or Hollywood Studios...are those places the same thing...goodness, my brain! Met up with Jennafer and Brady White! Loved getting some hang time with them.
Day 4: Magic Kingdom
Day 5: Magic Kingdom. Rode their first roller coaster...amazing video of the giggles had by all! Best memory of the trip possibly...
Memories are best in pictures for trips like these...so enjoy alot of them!

We let the girls have a set of Princess Barbie Dolls the day before we left. They loved them but still didn't really put the puzzle together... |
Once we were on the plane (which to them means the adventure begins according to their Daddy's stories) the excitement grew. They did pretty good on the flights to Disney... |
so funny...Belle was all over the plane...new toy every 3 minutes, etc...Lulu just sat and watched Disney Jr. shows. |
Basically melts my heart...completely. Thank you Jesus for this man...they call him Daddy! |
When I say we rode this carousel 25 times...I might be exaggerating by 1...they loved it so much!!! |
Funny moment when your 2 year old grabs Princess Ariel's seashells...awesome. |
They were so speechless when they would meet the characters...like no words...just smiles and touching their outfits. |
Belle was not a fan of the "head" characters. So pictures were hard... |
Lulu was so obsessed over these socks that she wore them all day, all night and 1 more day...shooooeeeeyyy!!!!! |
So special... |
Okay, this moment Shay and I were just all giggles...the girls were so obsessed over dessert they could have cared less about Snow White...sorry Snow White. |
We barely got these with Belle and only if Daddy was very very close. |
Nap time. We tried and napped most days...it was very awesome for the littles...and the bigs. |
Love that smile...on the child not the character. |
Minnie was awesome...she knew Belle was not a fan and so she just eased into behind Shay...I was impressed! |
Love them! |
Our hotel. |
Their hearts were in love... |
Such fun time with them...I wonder how many times they have seen this water/lights show...hundreds! |
Only family pic we have from the trip... |
The Swiss Family Robinson tree house was awesome...however thought it would be more "play" focused but really you just walk up and walk down... |
they did great on rides... |
They giggled the whole time on this too... |
Best friends... |
The parade is how we ended our week...perfect... |
