Knox's "9 month" Stats...

Knox Samuel you are almost a year old. I honestly didn't get you in for your "9 month" check until mid-September which makes them really your 11.5 month stats...but by title we will stick with 9 months...

So here are your 11.5 months stats:
Length: 29 3/4 inches (60%)
Weight: 21 lbs and 6 oz. (30%...he dropped a bit but Dr. Butler assured that this is normal)
Head Circumference: 18 3/4 inches (never quite sure why I care about this little info but I'm sure for Dr. Butler it's super important. Just glad his brain is all working)

You buddy are such a boy bundle of joy and laughter and you love everyone. You are shy sometimes when it comes to "waving" or saying "bye, bye." Other times he is all smiles and shows the world those pinchable dimples. Can you say MELT YOUR HEART...

Every night one of us rocks you to sleep...when I get to stand by the door (we close the door for all distractions...aka sisters...) I listen to your dad sing worship songs over you. One night he was singing a song by Andrew Peterson called "Little boy heart Alive." It's a song about letting little boys be boys...adventurous, silly, conquering and on a quest of life that Jesus put in them. My heart just stopped and realized I am married to the best dad to boys and girls! You littles are the luckiest in the whole world!
