August (Back to HOME)...

Home Sweet Home...oh thank you Jesus we are home...normalcy, meals on our own, no schedule hammering at us with each minute...we love our jobs and love the ministry but on August 10 we are so so ready to have normalcy again. It's heavenly...

After kamp we had a few days off (Shay did) since we were saving "vacation" days for our Disney trip in September. We have the luxury of having a pool to go to for a few days and a great park to play at to. We love it! So we just napped (literally we all napped) and played and just enjoyed each other with no pressing schedule. These pictures are some of my favorites...

Memories:
* Big Cedar continued to be a blessing. Our last time the girls got crazy adventurous and were going under and jumping into the kiddie pool and really trying to swim. Again we were in the kiddie pool but still big steps. It was so fun to watch Belle be so adventurous and Lulu, after watching, jump in too.

* August 23:
Lulu and Belle were playing at the park and Lulu says "Let's go to Hoppity Dee's House." Belle replies "Where is it?" Naturally Lulu replies "Far away." (No idea where this came from)

Knox man is obsessed with any ball...literally! I don't say that all like "chest bump all boy." He just really loves balls. It has made me see the Lord truly makes little girls as precious, feminine little girls and already I see Knox as a boy...a boy that loves to move all the time, eats way more and loves balls. Thank you Lord for knitting our family and each kid together perfectly!

Love Knox's face...

Pizza by the pool...we may not have waited 30 minutes to swim after we ate...we are crazy like that!

momma and boy

Be like your daddy in every way...

seriously...rain boots and panties...not much cuter.

love this man and little man...

they just think the other is so cool. thankful.

letting her go with each new phase gets harder...i love this shot. she is the first...the experiment child. thanks for your grace with us Lulu...

this should be mounted as the largest picture...i love the imperfect perfectness of it.

that scrunchy face and teeth...

my mini-me...

just love this little face...

robbins' always stick together...

just stay little...

the baby girl bump...and an artsy shot. i know this is a little girl but I still pray for a special special bond with Knox and her. I want all our kids (gender aside) to just have a deep love and friendship for each other...

red cheeks and sweaty hand holding...

thanks mimi and papa for letting us swim at your pool! Belle is all adventure!!!

Glasses made at church...we love Woodland Hills Family Church!

This is a special photo shoot...this outfit was Shay's when he was little. We almost missed the gap of time to get Knox into it. This is going to turn into a special gift for mimi and papa.
