Christmas was sweet this year. We decided, so so sadly, not to go to both family locations. We had a Christmas with Shay's immediate family in Branson and then we headed to Cabot, AR to be with my family. My brother Jason and his wife and kids were there and it was so much fun to have all the cousins together! The girls just loved Jonathan and Alana Grace! It was precious! They just wanted to be near them...hugs, sit in their laps, cuddle, etc. It was just precious in every way!
I pray Christmas is always full of Jesus, laughter and family! We had a mighty snow while we were in Cabot and so not prepared for that with the girls. We played one day out in the snow for just a bit and Shay actually took the girls down on a sled down this huge hill right in front of my folks' house. They both did it and both just laughed all the way down the hill as they rode with their daddy!
December was full...full of food, friends, parties, laughter and memories. We feel more adjusted to life with 3 kiddos and Knox is just perfect in every way! He is so joyful!!! How have we had 3 content, joyful babies!! JESUS! Thank you!
Knox is smiling and is a great sleeper. He really only wakes 2 times at night and nurses quick and goes right back to bed. He is however a total tummy sleeper!!! I know that is such a no, no but he just sleeps so good on his tummy! I have confessed it to my doctor and legally she had to tell me back is best and we do try it but ultimately he sleeps longer and better on his precious belly! So we make sure his blanket is way down his back and he snuggles in. He is just precious! He is nursing great and is used to the squeals and sounds of 2 little girls! They love him so much...they are learning ways to be helpful and it's precious to hear Lulu talk to Knox...precious!
