February...

February...oh goodness, I am not even sure my mind is going to be able to go backwards this far and remember. My updates are slowing starting to blur together...please forgive mommy's mind little ones.

Lulu: You are now 2 years and 3 months. You are talking more and more. Putting words together and repeating anything. It's so precious. I love your voice and watching you discover things and beginning to reason in your mind. You are a marvelous big sister. You are kind and loving to Belle. You two love hugging each other and you have finally given in to the "wrestling" that your sister pulls you into. You have had your 1st haircut...by Salon de Mommy. Daddy held you in his lap and I just took scissors and went straight across your forehead. It is so very cute! (some of this could be March)

Belle: You are bizzy! That is your nickname and that is all that you are! You are busy busy! You are on the move 90% of your day and a snuggle bunny for 5% and asleep for the other 5%. You make us laugh all the time. I believe you are our entertainer and love to make Lulu laugh. You are walking and running everywhere and "jumping" by simply bending and straightening your knees. It's such a hoot! You are independent, yet sensitive. I love that match. You want to do everything your sister does. Even if you can't, you want to do your best to figure it out. You have been on your nebulizer most of the winter and even still continue to be. You just can't shake this cough. You have learned to adjust and just sit back and cuddle.

We all got to go to Big Cedar but that ended...well, very quickly. You two littles just did not adjust well. We ended up just laughing and packing up and coming home. I had draft the week before and was gone for the whole week and the you girls were just off. You two wouldn't sleep there due to beautiful stain glass windows that let in light and you were hot messes! Tears, tears and more tears. Literally we laughed as we drove away. Shay and I did get 1 night out there (Thanks Jane!) and it was great!

Love, Love, Love,
the robbins' nest

leaving for Big Cedar...only to return 12 hours later.

Lulu wearing daddy's shoes.

We got to play in the snow. Belle couldn't stay out long b/c she hates to keep her mittens and hat on.

Love this look your daddy is giving you.

Yummy!

Walks with Daddy are the best.
