Sisters...

What a day!! We had great time as a family, rested and then Chick-fil-A...I know, I know, it couldn't actually get any better? But then it did. Since Lulu came into our world I know for me I immediately had no doubt that the Lord has ordained exactly who needs to be in our family...for His purpose and His glory. So today was just awesome as we had our ultrasound and all was perfect. Perfect head shape, perfect arms, perfect toes, and perfect heart...we had the tech write down the sex of the baby in a journal that has a collection of love letters, notes, and just important stuff in our lives. We walked out and could hardly wait. We sat down and opened to the words..."It's a GIRL!"

Shay called it. He actually had a feeling/vision of 2 little girls. He's good, I know! As each hour has passed I get more and more excited for these 2 girls...the closeness of age will make for an automatic best friend and play mate. I told Shay I just envision someday a 15 and 14 year old in their room together under the covers past bedtime with a flashlight on chatting about life. The summer time Lulu and her little sister will have automatic playmate at all time...it's like having a best friend stay the night every night! We already wonder what she will look like and what qualities to pray over her.

Anways, we are so excited, so blessed and so loving being a growing family! Shay today was holding Lulu and said..."next year I'll have each arm full of my girls!" Oh, melt my heart! Thank you Lord for a healthy little girl to continue to complete our growing family!

Congratulations, Ashley! What a fun blessing. My younger sisters are 11 months apart and they are finally to an age (15 and 14... too funny!) where they are becoming best friends. So fun to watch. I hope you all are enjoying k2! Lulu is BEAUTIFUL- she is starting to look like a grown up little lady! Looking a lot like you, Ash!

Blessings!
