Week 15...

15 weeks...seriously! Oh, sweet Lucy Reese! You are growing and changing faster than we can keep up with! Here are some of your new moments that we are soaking in:

* You are sort of, very sort of, trying to roll over from belly to back.
* You are laughing and "talking" tons. Today you "yelled" for your first time.
* You are spitting up A LOT. And for some reason it is always when we have just moved the burp cloth for 2 seconds. I think all my clothes are accustomed to spit up or drool on the shoulder region now.
* Drool and drool and drool some more.
* I put my cell phone up to your ear when your daddy called one day. Your beautiful eyes responded to Daddy's voice. It was amazing!
* You are getting strong. Your head doesn't bobble as much and you are lifting higher during tummy time.
* You are sleeping through the nights...every once in a while you awaken at 5 am for a re-entry of the pacifer to your mouth. Doesn't bother mom at all because I get to check on you!
* Your mom and dad have started a tradition of running to see who gets to see you first in the morning. It's pretty steep competition. Your smiles in the morning are amazing!!!
* You are pooping less...not that anyone needs to know this but I am using this blog to print for each year in the Robbins' Nest and I want to remember this...sorry! Haha!
* You still love your swing. (Thanks Houstons!)
* You grabbed for a dangling toy while you were in your car seat today for the first time.
* You are pretty much bald...sorry girl! You have a rad mullet though!
* You are really flexible. You love your feet tickling your cheeks.
* I have clipped your nails a few times. (random info)
* You love to have your night-time blanket (Thanks Rachel!) next to your cheeks for bed (no worries, I always make sure it is not covering her mouth).
* Mom put you in your exersaucer (Baby Einstein, Thanks Fender Fam!) for the 1st time and you aren't quite big enough yet but you loved the colors and sounds.
* We prayed joy (among other qualities) over you while you were still in mommy and we do feel like the Lord made you with a joyful spirit little one!
* You love bathtime. We have dunked (for 1 second) you 2 times and the 1st time you cried for 3 seconds and then were fine and this last time (this week) you didn't even cry. We want you to love water since the pool will become your best friend this summer and many summers to come.

Holding onto 15 Weeks,
The Robbins' Nest

You are getting strong little one!
Sorry for the weak in stomach folks...She loves to spit up!
