Bike, Shay, Bike...

Hey Family and Friends,

Okay, so this morning my brother and Shay went on a 25 mile bike ride and 3 mile run. My brother has recently (well, sort of recently) gotten into the triathlon world. He just completed a half-ironman in Augusta, GA and next September Shay and Michael might do the half-ironman in Branson, MO. We shall see...anyways, so only in Shay-style could he go out, never having ridden a "road" bike that makes you clip in, and totally love it and do awesome at it. I think he might have gotten the bug to want to get into biking...we'll see!

Enjoy these shots...they crack me up b/c it was like Shay was in grade school learning how to ride a bike for the first time. He had to go practice so he could feel/learn how to clip in and out of the pedals. So funny!
